He was responsible for establishing and leading Google’s global 'Data for Innovation' Team, with a mission to act on realtime user-needs at scale for moonshot sprint projects. Marina was been responsible for the rollout of data innovation sprints across much of Google's operations in MENA throughout product, marketing and partnership teams. She specialises in inclusive creativity, and manages the risks of biases in accessibility, gender representation and extraversion.

Laz was the former Head of Strategy in Google's core innovation team (ZOO) and has subsequently achieved success as a best-selling author in marketing & data innovation, now teaching at the University of Luasanne. He has been responsible for managing communication, diplomacy & democracy to align cross-functional teams and roles.
